Business Growth Roundtables
Business Roundtables consist of eight to ten sales leaders or entrepreneurs from various non-competing organizations who meet regularly to give each other the guidance on marketing, sales and business development solutions. In some cases, leaders from various industries who hold the same position make up the group. In all cases, members come from similar-sized organizations, hold comparable positions, and have similar, if not identical responsibilities in those organizations. The concept is to help build relationships with peers that can encourage, provide candid feedback and provide accountability in order to meet individual key performance initiatives.
Through facilitated peer-to-peer discussions, members fuel change and innovation. They strive to inspire each other's best thinking, challenge each other's assumptions, and provide a low-risk laboratory to experiment with new approaches.
Similar in context to the manner in which high performance athletes operate, these groups help the elite to become better. Each individual no matter the organization desires to reach higher and loftier goals while attempting to reach their professional aspirations.
