Multi Level Process:

  • If required the client will engage in assessments that measure decision making, problem solving, and relevant personality characteristics.
  • There are times when the Executive Coach will solicit a 360-peer review and shadow the client to gain in-depth insight into decision-making and behavior.
  • Based on assessments and shadowing, the coach offers initial feedback and solicits the client for prioritized areas of improvement.
  • The Executive Coach observes interactions with others, attending meetings, engaged with outsiders, which enables validation of discussions and reported events in comparison to observed behavior.
  • The Executive Coach meets others indirectly to additional perspective.
  • Key Performance Initiatives offered during each session.
  • Additional focus groups, shadowing and confidential feedback are part of Executive Coaching process.
