This week’s motivational thought I like you get a ton of “cold calls” during the day and nothing incites me more. Although many of you have your practice assistants creating obstacles from time to time you get these annoying calls. Yet there is something to be learned here. Doctors that require practice management marketing need to learn two things a) speaking from output and results and b) using value language. Too many speak from features but this places too much focus on the practice. Your message must point to benefits to the patient, value for the patient and results you produce. This is not about your like many cold callers, it is about your patient.
